The brand’s blog and organic content were underperforming, driving little traffic and offering limited visibility in competitive seasonal and event planning searches. This left the brand heavily reliant on paid campaigns to capture audience attention.

Approach:

  •  Built an SEO-driven content strategy targeting weddings, holidays, and party planning queries.

  • Optimized blog and landing pages for intent alignment, metadata, and internal linking

  • Partnered with developers to improve crawlability and schema markup to strengthen site health and visibility.

Results

Traffic Growth: Organic traffic scaled to ~580K monthly sessions globally by Sept 2025, up from <10K in 2020.

Keyword Rankings: Reached 160K+ keywords ranking in the top 20, with strong growth in positions 1–10.

AI Visibility: Over the past year, secured 15.4K Google AI Overview citations across 639 pages, along with visibility in ChatGPT (1.9K citations), Gemini (515), Perplexity (609), and Copilot (54).

Client

Mushroom Education Brand

Project Background

Mission:

Create a comprehensive online resource for mushroom education to increase visibility and user engagement.

Challenge:

The client, a team of mushroom enthusiasts, wanted to build the largest online database of mushroom-related knowledge. Despite their high-quality content, their website struggled with visibility, receiving only 1,100 monthly visitors in early 2023.

Solution:

I led a competitive analysis and keyword research to identify content gaps within the mushroom niche, focusing on underserved educational topics. By targeting common and scientific names for each mushroom, I implemented a dual-pronged keyword strategy, initially prioritizing high-volume, lower-competition terms to quickly build authority and shifting to more competitive terms as the site's domain authority increased.

Results

5,609% growth of monthly traffic, 1,100 to 62,800 visitors in 7 mo.

201,000 clicks and 7.87 million impressions earned

3,682%  growth in organic keywords from March to October

Client

Sleep Tracker App

Project Background

Mission:

Transition from a B2B content strategy to a D2C approach, establishing trust and authority in a competitive consumer sleep market.

Challenge:

The client’s initial launch focused on B2B content for sales teams, generating 4,000 monthly organic sessions at its peak. However, inconsistent publishing and limited resources stalled further growth. The shift to a consumer-focused app launch required a robust content strategy to reach individual users, highlighting the app’s unique approach to reducing sleep debt.

Solution:

I conducted a thorough competitive analysis and keyword research to uncover content gaps in the consumer sleep market. My strategy targeted high-volume, low-competition keywords to drive rapid traffic growth and establish early domain authority. I curated a content plan with a publishing cadence of high-quality, data-driven articles, emphasizing the client’s science-backed approach. Leveraging specialized writers, and partnering with the client on detailed, MD-approved briefs,  ensured the production of content that resonated with consumers' needs, complemented by a targeted link-building campaign to enhance the site’s authority and SEO performance.
